Although used mostly as internal furnishings, Samanea wood table tops can be used outdoors but in well covered areas
We can manufacture our table tops to non-standard sizes on request.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
YES, WE DELIVER:
The delivery team at NTS have experienced delivery professionals that do more than deliver. They will unwrap, assemble and place your new furniture in the room and assist you in seeking its best position at a small fee. Now that is better than self-assembly.
DELIVERY FEES & INSTALLATION
We deliver our furniture wide using our own professional installation teams who will deliver and install your furniture, removing any packaging leaving you with a clean and ready to use environment. Our staff is fully trained to install and position your dining/coffee tables, study desks, seating and other furniture quickly and efficiently.
Delivery fees are based on the destination
Local deliveries (Hoppers Crossing area) are attended by our own delivery team. We will try our hardest to work with you to establish the best time to deliver. Our sales staff will contact you prior to your delivery to check that you are available and confirm delivery addresses and contact details with you. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday on set delivery days exclusive to the area – typically between 10:30 am and 4 pm. Although we cannot allocate an exact delivery time slot, we can make a courtesy call to you prior to arrival (please request this option when you receive the delivery confirmation phone call)
NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that we confirm a suitable delivery time and day, If the purchaser does not accept delivery of the goods at the time and in the manner agreed, the purchaser will be liable to Fab Furniture for all loss and expense incurred that is caused by such non-acceptance. This will include a new delivery fee for any subsequent delivery costs to re-deliver the goods.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Delivery period of the Goods quoted by NTS is an approximation only based on manufacturing and logistics lead time. Delivery can occur before or after the approximate delivery period. NTS will make all reasonable efforts to deliver goods in the period agreed at the time of sale.
Standard delivery and installation charges are for Monday to Friday between 10:30 and 4 pm. Please note: We do not profit from delivery charges and charges are quoted to reflect the nature of delivery and installation costs to us.
After hours and Saturday, Sunday deliveries cannot be arranged.
PICK UP IN STORE
Pick up in store option saves you delivery and assembly charges. After placing your order and once you have been notified that your order is ready to pick up, you are most welcome to pick up your item(s) during business hours from our store. When you arrive at our store, please stop by the reception desk for assistance.
DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY COSTS
Delivery and assembly service is available at an additional cost. Delivery Costs vary depending on building access eg: lift access or stairs and the number of items being delivered or the distance to the delivery address. If you would like us to arrange for your furniture to be assembled for you by one of our trained staff, when placing your order please talk to our sales staff regarding our rates.
We do not move other furniture while delivering and under no circumstance, move or relocate your computers, printers or fax machines nor can we assemble any office furniture that requires a tradesperson such as an electrician to install or remove any current electrical wiring etc.
